This is done during the land selection phase to define a technical feasibility of arranging the access railway tracks and an approximate cost of construction.
- Engineering Survey.
This includes topographic survey, geodetic survey and geological survey, definition of track layouts, preparation of feasibility report and preliminary budgets for construction.
- Technical Investigation and Expert Examination of railway track condition, and issue of conclusions.
Obtaining of permit and approval of technical design engineering specifications from Russian Railways (RZhD) Company, Federal Agency of Railway Transport, owners of utility lines, local and federal authorities.
Representation of the Company's interests during quarterly reviews with representatives of Russian Railways (RZhD) Company, Federal Service for Transport Supervision, and State Administration for Railway Supervision.
- Service and Warranty Support.
All of FORATEC products and works are covered by one-year warranty support.
During the warranty period, FORATEC exercises control over the condition of track and facilities with account of applicable norms and tolerances, including the preventive- and corrective actions as required.
These actions enable to extend service life of each component of track and facilities and to extend time between repairs of track.
The Company can also offer the post-warranty support and routine maintenance of overhead system.
